hot pink skies and hot pink eggs.

Last week's highlights are brought to you by the color pink.

In honor of summer solstice last Monday the sky turned bright pink at sunset. These photos don't quite do it justice, it was the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen.

On Friday to celebrate surviving another week of work, we tried out a new restaurant.
They happened to have one of our favorite foods ever, deviled eggs! But wait! They were pickled deviled eggs! They were the most lovely shade of pink, and had a serious kick that I love.
We also got prosciutto pretzel sandwiches which were the bomb.
What would life even be without food?

PS- I came home from work today and turned the heat on in our house. It's so cold here and it's JUNE???!
