saturday.

Miles took his final CPA exam this week. That test is a beast. This meant that this was the first weekend of our marriage that Miles didn't have to study! (WHOOP!)
It has been insanely foggy here lately. People told us that June and July are like San Francisco's winter but I didn't quite believe that. Well, now I do. I literally have worn a puffy coat to work every morning because it's cold and foggy. It's the strangest thing, but also really pretty and cool to watch the fog roll in from the ocean.
On Saturday the sun made it's first appearance in what felt like weeks, so we spent as much time outside as possible. We went for a run on the beach which is way harder than those super fit chicks make it look. We weeded the garden and washed the car which actually felt like a treat because it was all done in the sun. Of course I'm super sunburnt today, shocker.

Yesterday evening we went on a Scoot date. It started with me demanding Miles that we pull over so that I could stand under those pretty flowers for a picture. I have never had so much envy for a garage before. We scooted around UCSF's campus which is beautiful and felt like we were in the mountains, then stopped by Japan Town for some Udon for dinner. Scoot dates are the best dates.

Aaaaannnnddd...what would a Saturday night be if we didn't go to the grocery store at 10:00?
We are there every Saturday night, no fail.
Procrastination at it's finest.
